Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the Site—including the SonviaStudio name and branding, product designs, original artwork, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, written descriptions, page layouts, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to Septitri LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Site content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, commercially used, or displayed without prior written authorization from Septitri LLC, except for personal, non-commercial use permitted by law.

The purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of any associated artwork, design, photograph, branding, or other intellectual property.

Customer-Submitted Materials

Customers may submit names, wording, photographs, logos, artwork, venue images, or other reference materials for personalized products.

By submitting such materials, the customer represents that they own the materials or have permission to use them and authorize SonviaStudio to use them as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, and fulfill the order.

SonviaStudio may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Handmade Products

SonviaStudio products are individually hand-painted, hand-finished, personalized, or made to order.

Minor differences in brushstrokes, color placement, lettering, floral details, dimensions, glaze, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade production and are not ordinarily considered defects.

Product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, dimensions, availability, processing times, and photographs accurate.

However, information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct such information, update product details, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an affected order, subject to applicable law.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. If we cannot accept or fulfill a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
