Production Time

Approximately 5–8 business days for painting, personalization, kiln firing, cooling and final quality inspection.

Dispatch

Your order will be shipped after the complete painting and firing process is finished.

Transit Time

Shipping time is separate from production time and depends on your delivery destination and the shipping method available at checkout.

If you are ordering for a wedding, birthday or another date-specific event, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

When production capacity allows, we may be able to prioritize time-sensitive orders. However, once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the final delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
